I see the world through a lens of light and dark, emotion and stories, love and nostalgia. These are the elements that drew me to photography and eventually to pursue my masters in art history.
It reaches across the ages and says I see you, all of you. Your messy human experience? It’s fucking beautiful. Your freckles and scars. How you laugh and love others.

their wedding day, I fall in love with people and their stories daily.

Living and working in Upstate New York
There are so many layers to being human, and mine are fathoms deep. On one hand, I live and breathe art, photography and stories. When I’m not working with my clients, I’m exhibiting photo series in art galleries, pursuing my masters in art history and even developing old film photos simply to peek into the past lives of strangers. My husband and I shared our first kiss in a cemetery. I’m a little dark that way, but also full of light.

Courtney was so wonderful to work with! Our families and the two us have all been crying happy tears looking at the photos of our wedding day. She captured all of the most special moments, and we are so grateful to have had her as our photographer.
